The History of the TS Ideal Products

TS Ideal Products has been helping people achieve a healthy lifestyle by completing fitness goals, recovering from an injury or surgery, and relieving back or knee pain for over thirteen years. Our staff in Park City, Utah, are committed to your ideal stretching experience.

Our Story

The hamstring stretching device was invented by Steve Nichols, the inventor of the Jacobs Ladder exercise machine. Steve had problems with tight and sore hamstrings, which inspired him to create the device. Steve found that the most effective and pain relieving stretch was to have another person push his leg back while held in a vertical position. The hardest thing about accomplishing this ideal type of stretch was coming up with a way of keeping the knee from bending (being it’s natural tendency) while stretching.

OUR HISTORY OF BACK PAIN RELIEF

The prototype model of IdealStretch™ was a fitness stretching device fully targeted the hamstrings, glutes and lower back muscles. With some observation, testing and modifications to the prototype, the device was found to be a superb way to also reach the hips, IT Band calf and groin muscles. The IdealStretch™ provides the ultimate stretching relief to optimize mobility in the hamstrings, lower back, and glutes.

IDEALKNEE™ PAIN RELIEF

For its unique design, the IdealKnee™ received patents in 2007. In 2008, Aspen Back & Body, a renowned clinic in Aspen, was owned by Clint and Jade Phillips. They began treating clients with the device and clients fell in love with the customized design. One common concern among the clients was maintaining knee pain relief improvements after leaving the program. It then became evident that the IdealKnee™ was an essential form of physical therapy for knee maintenance and knee pain relief for every client.

ABOUT JADE AND CLINT PHILLIPS

Jade Phillips aka Thunder the Gladiator, was a trainer to many renowned celebrities. Clint, Jade’s husband and cofounder, has helped thousands of people regain their life after back injuries. He is also the developer of Heal the Back, a book series published in 2011. Together, Clint and Jade relaunched it as the IdealStretch™ hamstring stretching device.
